Help with ID'ing 2 pins

One of these I used to know what it was, but it has slipped my mind.
But the one with the "Tri Colored Shield" and DHV initials really has me stumped. Can I get some help.
I want to thank anyone that responds and also if you get a chance look at my 4 Year plan posting.

One of these I used to know what it was, The Eagle with a "T'" is that Teno. As I said, it has just slipped my mind.

Hi Jack - DHV is Deutscher Handlungsgehilfen-Verband which I believe was an organization for clerks or shop assistants (if my translation is correct). So it's a membership pin and according to Huesken it is a 2nd model pin.

I thought I had seen it all when I saw the Small Gardeners Association. But this one really takes the cake, a clerk or shop assistant organization. And to top it off this is the second version of the pin. I will have to keep it to go nest to my chimney sweepers, small gardners pins, and if they ever decided to rise up the Allies would of never had a chance.
Well thank you for the help, I was stuck.

The white shield with the "T" is actually the Aeronautic Industry Award for Merit.
