HJ / DJ Poster Help

Hello Gents,

I've had this interesting HJ / DJ related poster for many years, recently dug it out of the closet, and would like to eStand it. Before I do, I was wondering if I could get some expert assistance with the text translation, and also some info about the program that is being portrayed.

I haven't been able to find anything on the Forum, or in any of my reference books.

"Extremly rare poster" - as claimed at this site is a joke, this is in fact one of the most common 3rd reich posters which could be found today.

Its still nice to look at, but not rare in any way.
