At the very least, the shoulderboards appear to be replacements, as Bann 663 was in the Wartheland not Düsseldorf. Maybe it's just the usual paranoia, but it also seems a little strange that the label is so washed out but remainder of the uniform doesn't seem to show the same kind of long-term use.

I turned down the tunic...it was too expensive AND like you said, the straps were not correct for the jacket. Thanks for the input.
