Hitler Youth Proficiency Badge Questions

I picked up a couple and was hoping someone could educate me about them a little.
Maker? Can any info be learned from the serial numbers? Value? Both have the same maker mark M 1/101 Thanks.

M1/101 is Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen; he's also the maker of the Golden HJ Führersportabzeichen. The black version is the lowest grade but due to its smaller production period more rare as the common bronze grade.

These serial numbers give no more information.
