German Nazi Distintives for identification

I have these distintives in collection.
The type "party badge" has written "HEIM" "INSREICH"...(Heim inside the Reich?)
The other one I presume desnazified, I have no idea..

Can you help to identify them?

The HEIM INS REICH badge was a badge meant for the purposes of gaining support for those Germans living outside the physical boundaries of their homeland who yearned to be "Back Home into the Reich". ,- such as for example Germans living in the Elsass-Lothringen province of Westmark, who had their own similar badge, the D.V.G. Westmark (Lothringen) badge having the same color combo. The sky-blue badge with the plane is an original example of that badge, altho many fakes abound, your is an actual original, - its actuual name escapes me at the moment , I'd have to go look it up. The lapel badge below the HEIM INS REICH is the Merit Badge for Civilian Employees of the Luftwaffe, instituted in 1937; it also came in a gold version.

The shield was not desnazified it had a glass bead glued in the center this was in a set of seven old German shields sold by the KWHW. The blue badge with the aircraft was issued to the Flugmeldedienst who were a branch of the Luftwaffenhelferinnen.
