I've been offered this Brehmer marked Gausieger 1939, and would appreciate your opinions.

In fact, does anybody, have a 1939 to compare against?

Looks OK so far, can you get a pic of the edge, looking up under the cogwheel. Like the pic I've attatched.

From what I can see Toby, looking at the position of the letters on the makers mark (notice the last R in Brehmar, & the E directly below it) it looks good.

Hi Don don't worry i haven't retired never wil retire , but unfortunatly the collecting feul is run down for the time being
So I've been out snowboarding in Austria last week for a well deserved break

I'm sorry i'm so so so sorry i never wanted to go but my snowboard grabbed me by the foot and dragged me all the way there.
