            Stuart,

            Many thanks!

You indicated that the 1936 was a "bloody nightmare" to acquire.

Perhaps someone has one and can post a photo......

            Best regards,
            RonR

              hi ron

heres a pic of the hard to find 36, i think its rare due to design looks so easy to break, by the way if anyone finds one let me know lol

I remember this badge when it first surfaced on the HJ site, why
is it so rare i wonder. Turned up on Weitze,s site i think, i don,t
buy into the theory that because it is fragile few survived.
There are lots of paper and plastic stickpins/tinnies still about
why should this be any different. Could be few were given
out for some reason, a mystery why they are so uncommon
                Regards

                  hi mametz

have to remember not all tinnies where worn a lot where left over after events where as these where worn by the participents and officials but i agree you would expect to see more of them about, whi knows why they are so hard to find

I have seen a 1938 badge where the HJ diamond was attached by two prongs being bent over on the back of the badge. Could this be acceptable on an original badge? Mike
