Membership Badge question

I hope this is the correct section for my question- sorry no scanner..I purchased a membership badge at a gun show 10 years ago-it says "HEIM INS REICH"-black outer ring, red swastika translucent with dots or bubbles inside-I've seen a similiar one for sale claiming it a Luxumburg pin and I saw another one claiming for members outside of Germany--it doesnt have a RZM and the only mark in back is a "F.R."-question is this real or fake were they manufactured without RZM and outside of Germany and also what is history or story of this style membership badge-any feed back will be very helpful-thank you

yes this is great info this badge matches reference on closer exam of mine I see F.R -not F.R. like I refered to. as a new memeber you guys are awsome thanks again
