seams to be a post war made badge, don't like the pin system on the back

makings : "64" and a name, perhaps owners name (of the nurse ?) "HILDE VOLLERS" (hand ingraved).

But let us learn more from the specialits please.

Hilde Vollers was an gold/silver smith and metal processing teacher that had an shop at the 30s in hamburg....

Shes supposed to be mantioned in this book...
