Can you say me more about tinnies number 1,2,3 & 4 please

1 + 3 are WHW donation tinnies (donate money receive a tinnie) and I'm fairly sure 4 is as well although I have never actually found it in a WHW book that I have. 2 looks to be a cap eagle of some sort but I'm not sure what from - the 2 prongs on the back would indicate that.

Unfortunately not much value - maybe 2 - 10 Euros each. Not sure about the cap eagle. Looks like you got some other nice items in this lot though.
