This is one of the badges for the Nationaal Socialistische Nederlandsche Arbeiders Partij.

Unlike the more well known party, the NSB, the NSNAP believed in a united German Reich, with all Germanic peoples under one rule. The Germans referred to Austria as the Ostmark whilst Flanders & the Netherlands were known as the Westmark. The NSNAP embraced this concept as well.

I've never seen this particular badge with a stickpin fixing, usually it has a pin back attachment.
