Amber Tinnie

Give me your thoughts on this "I think" amber tinnie.

Interesting look to it. Considering there are so many tinnies I won't swear this is not good but I have never seen it. The amber tinnie seems to be glued (?) to the metal shield on the stickpin. On the metal shield it does say Bernstein which is amber in German but I can't make out the other word above that and can't figure out what NBJ (?) is. The amber tinnie is one that is found in Tieste as Handwerk 00-03 and here is a picture of it.

Nice original the label with NBJ is the maker i think, the two symbols
are the DAF cogwheel can,t remember what the other one is mining
maybe.

IMO this is a transitional piece from one organization (Deutschen Handwerks) under the umbrella DAF. Here is my handwerk button hole badge. Hope this helps. take care. Robert

PS It may be that your amber pin is upside down. Head of hammer should be up.

Hi Holger, certainly original and quite common, but the logo on your's is up side down ... you should be able to rotate it back up. Cheers, Torsten.
