My friend bought this tinnie here for 15 dollars just wondering what it is, and how much it is worth.

Hello, this is from an original DRKB Deutscher Reichskriegerbund (kyffhauserbund) , German National Association of Veterans Personnel's Visor cap Insignia. Worth approx 30 to 40 euro

The monument you can see on the tinnie is the Kyffhäuser Monument the symbol of the Association Martin mentioned.
