the badge was used by the croatian dj , you can read about it in littlejohns book on the hj its on page 358/359 and it also shows this badge on one of those pages

I wonder if it shows it in wear by Croatians? Croatia had its own youth organization so I don't understand what this badge would have anything to do with them...
