    Mini Party Badge

    Hi all,
Please take a look at this small party badge. Private donation piece?
Is it good? The metal seems to be a genuine silver composition as I wiped it clean and it retarnishes to multi-colors nicely.
    Opinions appreciated.
    Thanks,
    John

pictures leave something to be desired...but these small party pins are somewhat rare and this one appears to be a early 30's piece...wide gold band on outside of enamel and no RZM...nice

Yes. Looks like a nice original pre-RZM piece.

          Mike,
Thanks for your comments! Yes, the picture is bad, sorry about that. Don't know why but I had a really hard time getting a clear shot.

              Mike,
I took a few more pics. I came to realize it's difficult to photograph enamel
pieces with my Sony Mavica for some reason. I wonder if anyone else has the same problem? It seems the lighting has to be just right. Maybe it's just me?
(or maybe I had one too many cocktails? ....)
Anyway, here's 2 more shots which should be a bit better.

                      Another 13mm.

Itty bitty pinback version. :-) It's sitting on a nickle, to give you an idea of the size.

it looks nice to me, only thing that catches my eye is the swastika ends are a little far from the border, but I don't know if that was common with the tiny badges
