my new NSDAP party badge ... opinions, please

long time ago collecting militaria. basically tunics, medals and documents. allways thinking to own a party badge.

Why do you say it isnt early, it has that dislexic slash. I would have assumed it is early IMO. Please reiterate.

Because the earliest badges were not RZM marked.

It's an early RZM badge - probably mid-to late 1935. It may be later - I'm not sure if the RZM made them correct this backwards slash. Anyone have a "corrected" one?

Very nice original mid-war party pin. Early pins were only Ges. Gesch marked or not marked at all. Swaz did not touch circle on the early ones.

Explanation is rather simple. Apreck & Vrage were notty boys. There are no other party pins "under RZM controle" which have so many weird things like the ones who were made by this firm. You can find them with normal (rzm) lettering, with huge letters, reversed rzm mark etc...
