Can anyone recognize these dies?

The die on the left is for a badge of the NSKOV. The one on the right I have no idea. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks, Raul.

The wreath/sword/swastika die is NOT NSKOV, it's a wartime WHW (Winterhilftwerk) pin....very common, (the pin, that is.)....the other is part of another pin I believe, know I've seen it somewhere...will keep looking.
