Gentlemen:
I have never seen an example such as this. It is obviously not a badge to be worn, since there is no attaching hardware. Because of the spot of solder at the top, someone suggested it was attached to some sort of honor award. Has anyone ever seen this and advise me what it is?

This is not HJ but it is sport related, NSRL or something like that.

I had never seen one like this before. ¿maybe a fantasy badge made glueing a NSRL eagle from a membership badge to this black cross?

Completely made up fantasy badge, probably out of Poland. Looks like they've combined the enamel cross from a Red Cross badge (except made it black) and slapped on a DRL eagle.
