Certainly not Bund, the back doesn't look period.
Wish I could tell you more, I like the basic look of the front but I'd treat it as fantasy until proven otherwise.

According to JR Cone's One People, One Reich booklet on enameled pins (p.89), this pin is the "Badge of the League to Proliferate Friendship in Foreign Lands" and typically measures 27.5mm in diameter. These can be found with other country flags besides the US. This one matches the BW photo in Cone's booklet, to include the reverse (pin & maker mark). I've seen repro's from Reddick and others, and they often have lesser quality enamel work and "chrome" type silver finish.
