I think it's the NS-Kriegerbund, for army veterans, and the final version (1938+ ?) during the Third Reich of the Kyffhäuserbund etc all rolled into a single veterans group.

Thanks for contribute, Rick. I found it in the Heering-Huesken-catalog. It is the NSDMB (not NSBMD), Nationalsozialistischer Deutscher Marine Bund. You weren´t so wrong, Rick, the one from the Deutscher Soldatenbund (DSB) is very similar, but has a thinner Iron Cross.
            Thanks, guys,
            Gerd

PS: Need no worth anymore, got it for christmas

              CORRECTION!!!

Rick, you were not just "not so wrong", you were absolutely right! It is indeed the Nationalsozialistischer Reichskriegerbund (NSRKB). They all look so similar!

How could i doubt the masters words???

              Thanks a lot, Rick.

              best wishes,
              Gerd

Gerd, The few things I over looked on this hat pin are these

First of the three eagles pictured here is #1. The NS.-Reichskriegerbund which is the one you posted has the swords crossed over his chest and is facing to his left. Now the things I over looked #2. The NS.-Deutscher Marinebund which has the swords crossed behind his back and is facing to his right. #3 The Deutscher Soldatenbund which you are right in pointing out has a smaller EK also has the swords crossed behind it's back and is facing right and all three have a slightly different wing design.

Thanks a lot, James. You are absolutely right. A friend of mine gave me a Heering-Huesken-catalogue, which shows this three eagles. I have only had an old HH-catalogue with some sides missing(of course, the most important), which showed only two of the three mentioned. Mine is definately the left one on your picture. I admit, i didn´t notice the wrong direction of the eagles head.
Btw, this is a very nice badge with frosted finish. A good reason to start also with this badges.
Didn´t i saw the stickpin to this cap-badge in your collection? Any chance for a closeup?
                  Thanks again for your efforts.
                  best wishes,
                  Gerd
