Can,t quite make out the last number, but M1/ 48 is Alexander Wollram
Deessau. If it,s M1/49 that would be Adolf Baumeister, Ludenscheid.

I can't comment on the maker, but I think based on the hardware setup the pin looks good. I also like the detail on the front.
