Unknown bullet pin, maybe WHW?

I found this pin with 4 Luftwaffe rank eagles, some luftwaffe uniform buttons, army buttons, many pants buttons and many more near Seelow ('45 easternfront battlefield).

I saw some WHW pins on the internet that look a bit like it, but none of them is like mine.
Mine looks to be painted or something, and the overal shape is differend then all WHW bullet pins i've seen so far.
So my question is.. does anyone recognize this pin? whw? specialist pin? maybe Russian?

your bullet is from WHW and belongs to a series of 8 piece with the names
projectiles and ammunition it was sold at 2 and 3 November 1940 of ss, SA, nskk, nsfk were manufactured 43363864 pieces !!!!!!!!! in Gablonz , Frankfurt/M,Oberstein,Schwäbisch gmünd , Pforzheim and Vienna

yes except the golden bomb in the center those is of RLB air defense association those gave it in 2 variants
variant 1 without writing
variant 2 with writing
