Interesting Kreistag 1937

Hello All
Here is, I think, a sort of unique tinnie that, from a distance, looks like it’s some type of Army award. 1-3/8-inch diameter, solid stamped aluminum, with an almost imperceptible word “Kreistag” in a banner above the eagles head and the date 1937 almost unseen in a banner below the swastika. Unmarked. Any idea where this might have been from, (city-town)?

Thanks for looking and commenting. The credentials on this one are impeccable, as it came as part of a quality lot of WW2 German militaria, from a Denver veteran’s family; I’ve never seen another or any reference to it; I’m really curious about it.

The Tinnie is under Kreistag in the catalog of Tieste to find which however wrong is The Tinnie became in the city Bartenstein sold in the catalog is under the city Bartenstein the badge of Kreistag 1937 not in it
