WHW Wein Austria Mermaid Zinc Pin ?? Help

Hello,
This Pin came with some other WHW Pins I just recently bought. I have found the other Pins in Wein Austria WHW Pins but I can not find this one at all. It is Zinc and is 1 1/2 inches high and 1 inch wide in the middle. It looks like Gau Wein on the bottom but I can not say for sure. Thanks in Advance for the Help.
