    Earliest nazi tinnie???

    Who has the EARLIEST dated Nazi tinnie with a swastika absent of the 'Turnerbund' organization tinnies?

    Please attach a photo and let's build on this thread.

    My first is the tinnie for the Nurnberg 1927 Reichspartaitag.

    Years ago I saw two different examples dated 1922 & 1924 and I also had an early party day made of paper dated, I think 1922 but they are long gone and at that time I had no interest.

      John, interesting that you show a Hesselberg tinnie as these seem to be some ot the earliest I can find too. Here are two, though not as early as yours. It is interesting to see that by 1931 they had gone from the static to the mobile Swas. To keep this thread on an early vein, it should probably be restricted to tinnies prior to 1933 as there was an explosion in the number of tinnies in that year.

        I don't normally care for tinnies, but those are actually pretty cool. The last one on the right is especially neat. Thanks for sharing.

          Whats a nice collection Richard. I haven´t any so early. I like specially the Nuremberg Rally 1927.

                            Although not showing a swastika this “Deutscher Tag <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:metricconverter w:st="on" ProductID="1923”">1923”</st1:metricconverter> cardboard tinnie is an important artifact in the history of the early NSDAP. <O</O
                            As a rememberance of the <st1:City w:st="on">Battle</st1:City> of <st1:City w:st="on">Sedan</st1:City> ( September 1870 ) and the <ST1<st1:City w:st="on">Battle</st1:City></ST1 of Tannenberg ( August – September 1914, the 4<SUP>th</SUP> “Deutscher Tag” in Neurenberg was planned on 1./2. September 1923. The Deutscher Tag was a great success with over 100.000 participants from all kinds of patriotic and “Völkische” organisations, including Hitler’s NSDAP. The SA- and NSDAP-members in numbers were not the largest organisation in participating in this Deutscher Tag. Hitler was very impressed by the parades and the later held Reichsparteitagen in Neurenberg found their origine in this Deutscher Tag. During this "Deutschen Tag" in a meeting the NSDAP (Adolf Hitler), SA (Hermann Göring), Reichsflagge (Adolf Heiß) and Bund Oberland (Friedrich Weber) formed together the “Deutschen Kampfbund“ - das "wichtigste politische Ereignis des Treffens". As the military leader Hermann Kriebel was chosen, the daily affairs were done by Max Erwin von Scheubner-Richter (who became one of the martyrs of the November-Putsch 1923). On the 25<SUP>th</SUP> of September, Hitler took the political leadership of the Kampfbund. The “Deutschen Kampfbund” became a short time later the basis for the Hitler-Putsch in <st1:City w:st="on"><ST1Munich</ST1</st1:City>. <O</O
