    HJ Leistungsabzeichen

    Hi guys,

I stumbled across this one. It appears to be a CupAl piece by M1/35. The obverse looks a bit porous and the number worries me a bit. The usuall M1/35 appear to be in the 200.000 range, plus the back looks a bit like the fake CupAl GAB´s.

What do you think about this piece?

    Regards,

    Daniel

If your'e familiar with the look of 'normal' M1/35's you can check on similarities between them. Don't know what to think about this one.

I would guess a fake "Moragi" badge.

Compared to the badge posted here i can´t see any problems:

          http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...hlight=M1%2F35

Also a very similar badge posted by Ron Weinand here:

          http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...hlight=M1%2F35

To me it is an Original Badge.

What makes me wonder is the numbering. I looked at several other M1/35ers and found them always marked 220.000+, but on the other hand a marked 174.000er marked M1/34.

              Strange for sure.

It should be MORIGI, Nicholas Morigi, been faking small badges for the best part of the last 45 years. (The-Regalia-Specialist.com) That is a widely used Fake RZM number too, like on the NSKK female drivers badges in rainbow colors.
