Opinions needed on Mine Rescue Medals

I am reposting these medals since they have been identified as mine rescue, and have beenadvised to post it in this forum. One medal comes with a ribbon and I think may be original the other is without a ribbon and I think may be a fake. However I am not familiar with these medals and so both could be copies. I would be grateful for any advice on this. Certainly there are differences between the two medals that can be observed. I post the one with a ribbon first followed by the other -copy? one.
