Tinnie ID Help

Got this with a bunch of tinnies I was wondering if someone could help ID this and if it is pre 1945.

certainly pre-1945 and certainly pre-1938 and probably pre-1933...basically kind of a social welfare carers association badge of German speakers in Czechoslovakia or more specifically in the Sudetenland. Czechoslovakia was called the CSR until 1938. Cheers, Torsten.
