Period german models display

Hello,

I searched the whole forum and could not find where to open this thread.
A friend of me got this display from a german vet. The fellow did it himself with period german models (probably built of lead and then hand painted) and his EKII transformed in EKI.



Does someone know what type of model they are?





I have the possibility to buy this display but do not know how much is it worth, not even if the models are really period, if this display is a keeper or pass away.

Is someone able to help me?

Hi these types of soldier known as flats or Zinnfiguren were made thru the latter part of the 19th century and into the 20th in Germany wether yours are old or not is hard to say from the pics however if you google toy soldiers flats or Zinnfiguren you will find lots of info and maybe those models.Regards Roger

Original or not it is a nice display. Thanks for posting. I don't know anything about lead soldiers but like most guys I have seen them all my life. I have never seen these type before.
