    Check yours against these. http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...+sports+bronze

Worth MUCH more than a bronze.

What missing pin? It looks complete to me.

It IS there! It blended so well with the badge I didn't see it, all I saw was the solder blob. That changes everything! I don't know why but it seems like the silver badges are the hardest to find. Bronze are everywhere, golds turn up, but silvers seem to be available the least? Sorry about that!

Forman shows it at $200 but not sure what reality is...

Very true, also most of the silver ones that turn up have lost 70-80% of the finish, whereas you see near-mint gold ones all the time. Weird...

I have horse rider in bronze/silver/gold. Only grouping complete. I have the bronze/gold SA but not the silver.

And Detlev shows the Silver at 200 Deutsch Marks or a little over $100.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to think about this badge a little. I have until Saturday.

Unless your getting a screaming good deal on this badge I would say pass on it.
The markings just don't look right and the silver finish is just to good to be original. Again just my opinion but I would walk away from it.

Do you have an example of what the markings should look like?
                  Thanks

                    Dear Don,

I will not go so far to say all other style markings are fake, but here is a safe one for a REDO:

                    Cheers, Frank

My gold and silver, neither REDO, are both serial numbered. Any idea when they was required?
