Are all of these so polished on the reverse like this?

No. Most have a rather flat goldish finish . This could be an earlier badge , and either had a better finish , or the base metal shines up well. I have never seen one this shiny either. I like the more unusual badges in these, and this one is in that catagory IMO.(Should show the pin down position also ). I would check the search bar and look at all posted(and tatoo them to your brain for future reference) , and you'll see what i mean all1knew. These leaders badges are worth pouncing on when you find one that trips your trigger. ( after you post it first or as you take off the training wheels to pounce at will)
