    hj honour badge

    been offered this badge but both the gesch and rzm markings are on it, i thought they shouldnt have both or is it ok on these ?sorry about the pics but seller sent them in a non saveable format so copied from screen, cheers dave

      There is a controversy about these M1/70 HJ Honour Badges (isn't there always?). There's no problem with the RZM and "Ges. Gesch." together per se, although the RZM made the latter redundant and makers eventually dropped it on RZM items.

      There are collectors who don't like the M1/70 HJ Honour Badge because the numbers all seem to be in the 9000 range. Personally I don't have a problem with them and have one just like this one myself, but some feel they may be old repros. If you search you'll find the whole discussion somewhere.

      Other makers are "15", M1/78, M1/120 and M1/52.
