I have really no idea but I would wager a guess that its a factory workers badge.

It´s this what Chris said: two badges to be worn by workers in a Focke-Wulf factory. In this kind of very important factorys for the war effort: no badge - no pass.

Yes, they existed. If I remember well, you can see some of them for Junkers in Angolia´s book "Labor organisation of the Third Reich".
I think everyone is for a diferent building in the factory.

aircraft production construction

hi all these badges were used as a form of security for construction and aircraft service personal , with paper and oil cloth passes not being practical on the work shop - hanger floor , with different colours allowing workers in to parts of the plant the highest clearance level being yellow for flight
i have had badges in yellow , brown and red from varouis aircraft makers
