835 silver Plaque Adolf Hitler 1938-39

Hi all,

I wanted to find out what this plaque is and what it could be worth ? I guess it is for the annexion of Austria ?
The piece is marked with 835 and Münzamt Wien.
It is around 3,5 cm wide.

Any info would be great.
