Help with a DA Badge :-)

Hi Guys

This badge is for sale, and i was wondering if you can tell me anything about it (fake/real) from this pic, even if the quality is bad.

It it really so, that know one can offer an opinion on this Badge ?

It's hard to tell from the photo. I can say it doesn't have the obvious characteristics of a fake. Fakes often come with spurious RZM marks and the modern "coffin-shaped" pinplate.

I think non-maker marked pieces stand a better chance of being real, and I like the simple "GES. GESCH." on the pinplate of this one, even now there are fakes of this too.

Better pictures are needed to be sure, but I give it a cautious thumbs up.
