WW1 Transport Tinnie Help Please

Guys,
Got this tinnie awhile ago and really don`t know what it is or what its for. I assume its for some sort of transport. Has anyone seen one like this before? Thanks for any help

It appears to be for some type of field transport/traffic control (Leitung = line/control or direction). The wings and wheels remind me a lot of the Railway symbol.

It is for some austro-hungarian army field transport management (kuk means kaiserlich-koeniglich and refer to the austro-hungarian monarchy) ... not seen anything like this before, though ... Cheers, Torsten.
