Looks like some sort of rowing/sailing competition badge. The central insignia is certainly sports-related.

It is not a Danzig crest.

as already mentioned, it looks like a badge for an international rowing event, taking place in germany! and it looks original!!

The cross with the two crossbars could be the Cross of Lorraine.
