Hi, guys good day! Although to have a defect of Oxidation, it is medal is original? All the commentaries are welcome.

The medal is supposed to be a 15yr medal. However, based on the pics I don't like it. The eagle looks strange, and the lettering on the reverse looks too thick. Just my .02 cents worth. I hope you get some more opinions.
