Stephen is 100% correct...believe these are from poland in the 80's...come in variety of different styles...

Don't know if there is a way to get one of these older publications, and there have been other books on the subject published since, but I found this 1983 book by J.R. Cone to be of great help for identification.

Perhaps others have some more up to date suggestions.
