Very interesting photo and collection of pins. In my oppinion he is member of Kyffhäuserbund and at the same time NSKOV. He has uniform with kyffhäuserbund (or NS-Soldatenbund) cap insignia, kyffhäuserbund pin, kyffhäuserbund shooting badge and two types of NSKOV membership pin
