I'm not sure about this one. The type with the hollow wreath usually has specific marks on the reverse of the wreath--more like unintentional die flaws. I can't see these on this example. Also, the swastika paint is poorly done, and appears to have dust in the surface of the paint. I need to check mine and some photos before saying yes or no.

Common Gau Badge

I am away from home at the moment and therefore unable to compare this badge with my own two badges. What I would say is that I am fairly sure that the pin should not have a gap in the middle.

I have only the narrow pin type of 1923 badge, but with the hollow wreath the markings on the reverse of the wreath are the same. These photos are not very good (they were taken a long time ago) but you can see the details in them.
