Hello I believe they did make printed bands like this .But I would not own one.There are many nice original constructed bands out there for $50.00 or so. Best regards.

Very tough to make a determination on these printed bands, though like Dav I believe some were made and used pre-45. I might expect to see more bleed-through of the ink on the inside. The rubber stamp is something of a red flag as well, these are so commonly added to repros in an attempt to make them more believeable. I would keep looking.
