Thankyou peter , but can you tell me why the serial number comes up as a gold version of this badge in a search that i done ? And could you please tell me the average price for this badge in this condition so i don't pay too much for it ? Thankyou Mark

                    Hi !

DRGM means "Deutsches-Reichs-Gebrauchs-Muster". This number is the same on ALL of these badges (like a number for a "patent" - I'm sorry, but can't explain this better in English. There is an older thread in which it's explained much better, if You are interested).

I (personnally) wouldn't pay more than 20,-- Euros for such a piece - but You can find this very often in Austria.

                    Kind regards,

                    Peter
