HELP Needed to ID ( 2 ) Stickpins -- Hunting and Symbol

Hey Gang, I am at a loss in ID'ing these 2 stickpins that came in a Vet Purchase last year.

I know the one is a "Hunting" one and the "Symbol" has GES GESH on the back.

I almost didnt see it becasue of the patina, Glad i had the loop.

Any help on ID'ing these is GREATLY APPRECIATED, as my reference books are limited to stickpins.
