This side says: This is membership medallion for members of the (AAD) Auslander Arbiets Dienst (Foreign Workers Service) dated 1932

I really don't understand what kind of organization this should have been before (!) 1933 and can't find any informations?

It's the Anhalt Arbeitsdienst Badge, 1st pattern, awarded to the early members of the RAD's forerunner in the state of Anhalt, credited as the birthplace of the RAD. The badge was awarded to members who served between Jan 1/33 and July 31/35. Awarded in three classes.
