Unknown RAD wJ brooche

I've got this unknown RAD wJ ? brooche. Can't find it in any of my books (which include Labour organisations of Bender) or on the net.
It reads:
"In true fest, im glauben stark, trotz Krieg und Not" "Deutsch bis ins Mark"

In the middle there are 2 big initials: FM (fordere mitglied?)

Anybody more info? (organisation, purpose, value etc.)

The brooche comes from the "Wirtschaftliche Frauenschule Malchow", Mecklenburg.

FM = Frauenschule Malchow

The school started in 1916 and ended 1948.
