The second one is an even worse fake, with the dreaded post war pinplate (any pinplate the is oval with clipped ends is post-war).
I think there may be some confusion about the above badges - the fact that it is fake has nothing to do with it being made by Deschler (one of the best makers in the III Reich), but has to do with the fact that BRITISCHE is spelled wrong. Some believe the badge may even be a fantasy - never existed.
Good rule of thumb - if they spell something wrong on the badge, it's a fake.
