I see a clef on top. So it may be a pin dealing with an orchestra or a choral society.

It's some sort of local choral or singers' group. No doubt Don Scowen has it, the membership book and a photo of it in wear

Hi,

it is a members badge of the Sudedetenland singing (chorus) association.

Sängerbund der Sudetendeutschen.

Sudetenland = part of Czech Republic during WW2

What is interesting is that it looks like a cap badge whith the prongs on the back. Just like the HJ cap badge.

If worn on the lapel it would have a pin fastening device I guess.
