can you tell me what kind of organization is it? Is it veteran organization? Which?

It is not a veteran's organization but a cherity organization during WWI specially in Prussia., soin the Berlin area. For that it also has added the word "Kriegshilfsverein".

They helped people/victims suffering by WWI. They even published postcards and little booklets dealing with WWI.

You will also find a German-American Cherity Association in Philadelphia (1916),
named Deutschwehr Philadelphia.

The text "Stolz gab ich ein teures Haupt fürs Vaterland" means
"Proud I gave a dear head for the native country".

I think the owner has lost a family member (father or son) in WWI and wanted to show this fact to all people.

The badge was made (and sold/given) from the Deutschwehr organization.
