Two tinnies out of place?

Picked up this small grouping today and two of the tinnies seem to be out of place and I am hoping that someone here can tell me what they are and if they have any association with any Nazi organizations. The first is marked BMA, Dublin 1933 and the second is U.N.C. CAEN.
